Gary Aminoff is a Beverly Hills Native and proud graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Gary has been active in consulting, development, leasing, brokerage, management and finance of real estate since 1975. Prior to that he was a financial advisor to real estate investors and real estate developers in his role as a Certified Public Accountant. Gary has developed, brokered and/or acquired numerous apartment complexes, retail & office buildings, industrial parks, shopping centers, and condominium projects throughout the United States. Gary has specialized in the development and management of apartment buildings in Southern California, Utah, Washington and Colorado and of industrial and business parks in Southern California. Gary has also been active in the Net-Leased market since the early 1990’s.
From 1975 to date, Gary and his affiliated entities have acted as investment property commercial brokers or advisors for U. S. and off-shore investors in real estate transactions amounting to more than $2 Billion in value, involving the purchase and sale of investment properties in the USA. Over the past 35 years, Gary and his affiliated entities have acted as general partner or sponsor of more than 50 real estate investment partnerships.
Gary has a fond appreciation of Cigars and Scotch and is an active member of the Republican Party.
Gary attended undergraduate school at the University of California at Los Angeles (U.C.L.A.) and attended post-graduate courses at the Anderson School of Management at U.C.L.A. He is a life member of the U.C.L.A. Alumni Association and a member of the Alumni Association of the Anderson School of Management. Gary received his Certified Public Accountant license in 1961 and has been a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Charlie Fenning was born and raised in Los Angeles and studied both Music and Commercial Real Estate Finance at the University of Denver. Charlie started his career in Commercial Real Estate with a 3-month summer internship at Marcus & Millichap which continued through the school year until graduation. Charlie returned to Los Angeles and transitioned to working full-time at Marcus & Millichap where he continued to work under Mike James, helping form The James Group. In late 2013, Charlie met Gary Aminoff and the two co-founded Beverly Hills Realty Advisors shortly after.
Specializing in the Sale of Net-Leased Assets, Charlie is the Director of the NNN Property Team at BHRA. Charlie works closely with Principals, Family Offices, High Net-Worth Investors & Institutional Funds in the acquisition and disposition of Net-Leased assets. Charlie is also an active dealmaker in the Los Angeles Development market with multiple large-scale transactions currently in the pipeline.
Charlie is passionate about music and has studied the drums since a young age. His hobbies include classic cars, skiing, photography & golf. Charlie sits on the Leadership Advisory Board at Vista Del Mar Child and Family Services in Los Angeles, CA and is an active member of The Jewish Federation of Los Angeles.

Joe Climan has spent his entire life living in Los Angeles. Born and raised in West LA, he went on to attend USC's prestigious School of Cinematic Arts. After successfully producing several film projects, Joe decided to take his knowledge of deal-making to the world of Commercial Real Estate.
He began his career at Major Properties in 2015, focusing on the sub-markets surrounding the rapidly gentrifying DTLA sector. Since joining BHRA in late 2016, Joe has focused primarily on nationwide multifamily and hotel developments.
Drawing from his background in entertainment, as well as involvement with technology and finance, Joe is uniquely able to connect principals and opportunities across a wide range of specialties.
In his free time, Joe is a photographer and mustache enthusiast. He shares Gary's weakness for cigars and scotch.
